First past the post = best for that season.

I wouldn't get too carried away with Toro's performances especially considering they could not break down Campbelltown (lying 8th) only recently.

It was a very closely contested season - which is great for the game

Ari, dude, you tried your best but the race for promotion is over! Well done to your ABE boys, though, for a strong 2nd half of the year. An interesting competition this year, though: ABE looked strong and after a couple of early losses and could have otherwise challenged; Para Hills showed the depth at their club with a strong B side while their A side wrapped up the premiership; Campbelltown and Croydon looked the goods in the first half of the season, but dropped off the pace after the half way mark. But in the end, Toros and Comets were consistantly strong, secured the top 2 positions with a few games in hand and totally deserve their A grade spots next year!

Just noticed this post, juventus17. What Drusetta means is well done, your team outclassed his club's team and he will spend the off-season sucking eggs! Poor form, Drusetta!

This is how it should have read

Correct! In fact it was hard to tell who had the upper hand until the catch up games were completed.
Talking about catch up games, the 15b's were probably the best organised of all the JPL divs. A look at the other tables shows there are still a few results outstanding with one week to go. By the look of it, Ad City and Metrostars 17a's will need to play 3 games this week!
BTW, AriXI did I hear correctly that you that scored with a header for ABE against Enfield?

Congrats to Toros 15s, too bad there 17s team is not up to scratch they lost 7-0 to Campbelltown today, they are truly pathetic. I don't know wahy they even bother showing up every week, they didnt even win a game, just like Seaford in the 16s.

.........And also the parent on the sideline calling the Campbelltown Keeper a HERO because the coach told him to go up for a corner, this is for you At least my mum has a son that knows how to play soccer and is not embarrassed to be called her son, even your own son(the toros keeper) told you to shut up. You are an embarrassment, where to next year.

Just remember the name that was on the back ok, that was all that mattered today, I nearly scored from the GOAL KICK, thats how pathetic your son and the team is.

So because they aren't 'superstars' like your Campbelltown team they should give up? I've watch them play a few times this year and your right, they aren't very good. But at least they are out there working for each other and trying their bollocks off.

They lost 1-0 to Playford earlier in the season and 1-0 to ABE a few weeks ago, two of probably their greatest games as a team ever and it was fantastic to see them come off the field smiling and congratulating each other.

I spose its all too easy when your in a decent side to bag the lesser guys, just goes to show what kind of person you are.
