If he shines in the worst team, it bodes better to get a seat next year in the best team. Getting an experienced driver into a car/team that are underperforming is always a good move.God is an Englishman wrote: ↑Wed Jul 12, 2023 11:40 am
He's gone to the worst team on the grid. He'll be lucky to stay at Alpha Tauri, let alone get to Red Bull.
Surprised Liam Lawson didn't get the call up.

He couldn't do anything last year in a car that is better than the one he's in now.

Last year's cars vs this year's cars are very different. Can't make much of a comparison between the two.God is an Englishman wrote: ↑Wed Jul 12, 2023 3:39 pmCooper wrote: ↑Wed Jul 12, 2023 11:57 amIf he shines in the worst team, it bodes better to get a seat next year in the best team. Making it to Q2 would surprise me. Getting a point would be a huge success.Cooper wrote: ↑Wed Jul 12, 2023 3:42 pmLast year's cars vs this year's cars are very different. Last nights race (Monza) was pretty good. Lots of good battles amongst the pack with a great last 10 or so laps.

I'm not convinced you even watched it.
Why did it take you 15 hours to post about it?

Sainz drove well to take the win, my money was on Russell but the last lap crash pushing for the win was heart breaking for him.
