Markaj has been advertising on social media for overseas players, including a left-footed midfielder or striker, and is offering players $300 a game.

Not for a very long time given the speed at which the Sydney Centric Football League moves in expanding the base of the game.
The older I get the better I was.

2 divs are vital to grow the a league. hopefully more teams step up from act and nt to make the league truly national. I reckon promotion/relegation,like all the other countries on the world stage will make the a league more exciting/ entertaining and leave afl for dead.

I agree absolutely ozzie. that is the great imponderable. but it has to come from somewhere if we wish to compete on a level playing field on the world stage. perhaps it could come from china after our govts completely sell us all down the river. meanwhile perhaps we should be more like afl and be content with what we have.ozzie owl wrote:Great in theory but where will the $$ come from .theorakle wrote:2 divs are vital to grow the a league. hopefully more teams step up from act and nt to make the league truly national.
