Re: Liverpool
Liverpool heading back to the transfer market to “strengthen” their squad, Rodgers’ gonna be busy on You Tube for a few weeks then.
Should get about 40 mil for Sterling and Henderson at least.

Just saying it was game where over 90 minutes they didn't deserve to win, happens to all teams at some stage in a season.Nicky Tanner wrote:Please explain. More shots, more possession, more on target.

Really not sure why we didn't deserve to win.

Who did you beat?
I'm sorry do you have a point or is this just another attempt to take to thread off topic?

Re: Liverpool
strange that you think a team that didn't score a goal deserved to win against a team that did. do you think goals shouldn't count and at the end of every game the ref's should go online and see who the armchair experts thought deserved to win?ozzie owl wrote:Just saying it was game where over 90 minutes they didn't deserve to win

Rogers has to go. The David Brent act has to stop.

Re: Liverpool
In all seriousness I reckon this is what's wrong with most if not all the top clubs in England at the moment, they think they can just buy in random often overpriced talent and hey presto they’re gonna be winners. No time is given to development of the squad and instilling a defined club culture where everyone is there through merit, knows their role and what’s expected. For example the raids on Saints last year, collectively the players looked great at a well run football club but have all struggled individually since leaving.

Re: Liverpool
at Rogers, he has achieved nothing
Mourinho & Mancini (two managers who have won most trophies) claim Balotelli is unmanageable - Yet Rogers thinks he is going to manage Balotelli :?
Or is Rogers being a smart man, by plotting their failure to qualify for Europe - meaning they revert back to a 38 game season, play less games than all other challengers, keep his squad nice and fresh and have a premature climb up the EPL ladder - a lot like last season

Mind you there's too many wind-up merchants on these forums, it makes me mad.
