Chelsea:: Cech ,Geremi (Huth ,76 ) ,Carvalho ,Terry ,Gallas ,Tiago (Kezman ,68 ) ,Makelele ,Lampard ,Joe Cole (Robben ,68 ) ,Drogba ,Gudjohnsen.

=========

Squad Movements

Liverpool::
OUT - Dudek (still there obv but wont play), Hyypia (see Dudek), Traore, Biscan, Luis Garcia (injured), Baros, Cisse, Nunes, Hamman.

IN - Crouch, Pennant, Bellamy, Macherano, Kuyt, Aggar, Arbeola, Sissoko, Reina, Aurelio (injured), Gonzalez.

Chelsea::
OUT - Huth, Tiago, Kezman, Gudjonsen, Gallas

IN - Ballack, Shevchenko, Boularouz, Essien, Obi Mikel, Kalou, cAshley Cole, L Diarra.

=========

Assumptions

Liverpool :: Better keeper, better defence (respect to Sami, :lol: @ Djimi), better defensive mid combo (momo and mascherano), better structure upfront (Kuyt, Bellamy and Crouch).

Chelsea :: Same if not worse defence, better players in midfield but not better system, lost all width (Robben and Cole dont have the same effect). Better strikers (Sheva > Gudjonsen).

Based on the aforementioned evidence, Liverpool to inflict more pain on Chelski and Mourinho!!

ma va fanculo... whos to say ur gna waltz past ManUSA... I hate them as much as the next wanna be scouse, but how stoopid are you going to look when SAF outsmarts Ancelotti (not that its that hard.).

Only thing that would please me more than watching ManUSA crumble to eyetalian opposition is to see former capitano Oddo score an own goal to let ManUSA through, that would serve the mercenary right! although he is still my favourite right-back in the world... such a catch 22 for me

Liverpools Bias
Based on the aforementioned evidence, Liverpool to inflict more pain on Chelski and Mourinho!!
remember different things like form, injuries and general performance on the day come into play. eg Man U 7-1 Roma but assume what you like it won't change the score.

Yeah pretty much.....
Na since I was a kid I have gone for Chelsea but followed Reading(as that was where I was born) but as they were in the lower leagues it was hard to really get behind them.
Now they are in the premiership it kills me when they meet and it is hard to watch but i watch almost every match each team plays.

So yeah thats my life story....

COME ON YOU BLUES AND ROYALS

P.S you lot were lucky on tye weekend to get a result against us.

lucky for me they are not in the same league :wink: but if they met in European competition, you have to stick with your heritage... Laziale all the way, although if pool won i wouldnt be cut!

your lucky it was only two-one!

I actually havent seen any of the game as it wasnt on TV and I missed the highlights show this week because of training.

Just lucky because the goal came so late.

Five more minutes and it would have been another point for the might royals and the pool fighting with the arse for 3rd place.
