Pre Workout supplements pre-game

Post by Quickski »

Have any of you guys ever used any of these pre workout products doing the rounds like jack3d etc, a few of the fellas i play with swear by em, gives them more energy for the game, i tried it and just felt like i ran out of breath much quicker than normal and gave me an anxiety type of feeling.

We have these 2 guys on our team running this all the time non stop every game and now they are also taking testosterone boosters too. I was keen to know about these have any of you guys used them? here is the link to the one they rave about http://www.res100.com Im thinking of giving this a go i hate the pre workout crap i'd rather a gatorade but this res100 stuff seems to look ok has anyone used this or anything like this to help increase game performance?

surely it cant be good for you if it artificially raises your testosterone levels...

check around for possible side effects

is it really worth it?

Nah the pre workout stuff gave me anxiety the res100 stuff is natural and doesn't artificially increase energy.
I have read up about it a little more.
By naturally reducing your estrogen levels this will create more free "active" testosterone in your system and it will also force the production of more total testosterone found that info on the net.
There is plenty of info how it works naturally on the manufacturers website http://www.res100.com i have ordered some so i'll see what the deal is and if it does anything for me.

testosterone booster or higher testosterone levels is linked with loss of hair and baldness. so good luck, you may win a record for being the youngest guy who is bald.
