It saddens me to say it, but i'm kinda glad Luiz didn't play this morning, Cahill has always been excellent at blocking shots, and other than getting caught out by Iniesta, i thought he did very well.

The team Di Matteo fielded was perfect, well disciplined players who did what they were told and didn't take it upon themselves to win the game, was done as a team. Had he played Luiz we wouldn't have defended as well and had we played Torres he would've been done by half time chasing the ball between Puyol and Mascherano. You can imagine what Sturridge would've been like. I was very very impressed with our midfield 3 who got behind the ball immediately after losing possesion. Nou Camp however is going to be a much bigger test.

Good to win and it makes the tie more interesting with you being one up, but honestly you were outplayed. I read that possession was 70/30 or something.

Talking about percentages, I wonder what percentage of the game Drogba spent rolling around play acting?

Chelsea played as disciplined as Inter did when the beat Barca in the Semi a couple years ago. i dont really know much about English football but Cahill played very well.

nevertheless, Barca will get through to Final especially on a bigger Pitch @ nou camp.

Drogba is a genius.

He spent 2 minutes rolling around in the first half, and then in the second minute of injury time! BAM goal.

Not to be outdone by Alexis Sanchez's excellent running straight into John Terry's broken ribs and hurting himself trick.

Drogba was on the deck alot, but he got his nuts stepped on, two studs up kicks, and some other little niggles. He was just trying to get set pieces for us, because barca are tiny.

Ashley cole played the best game i have seen from him all season, Ramires shut down Dani Alves quite alot too. The extra width of the Poo camp ( hliarious) will mean they're going to be busy next week.

Mikel still worries me at times to be honest :s

Chelsea won't be scared of going to the Nou Camp, especially now, and could probably get away with the same game plan.

At the end of the day the critics, mainly United and Liverpool fans probably, can knock Drogba but they were watching him because their team weren't playing!

Unlikely to get that lucky again IMO. If Barca score in the first half at home, they'll stick at least three past Chelsea.
