Wow I didn't see that one coming.
In fact, my nephew couldn't be happier.

Whilst Hurlcock is just being hurlcock,
and being totally unreasonable , I do question the accountability of those in charge of the FFSA junior development.
Who are they accountable to?
Where does their funding come from?
Are there defined KPIs ?
Is there govt funding? If so, are there targets to reach so that funding continues?
How are targets measured?
Are targets based on players selected for national teams?
If so, who controls the selection process- is it independent ? If for example, they weren't independent,
selectors could "ensure" that the minimum numbers of south Australian players are met so that govt funding continues?

If you get funded by the public purse, there should be openness about the whole thing,
including probity issues. Not suggesting anything untoward is happening, but should be transparent if not already.

Stitch
I suppose your one of the deluded ones who has had their ego stroked by the selection panel at the development program's.
Don't be fooled - the chances of making it professionally are minuscule.
So back to school big heads.

Wrong again. You're (note the spelling) not very good at this.

Please show also your coaching and playing expertise /qualifications...

I'm not sure you can judge those coaches on the amount of playing experience they have. Some of the finest coaches in the world have little or no playing experience.

Gerard Houllier (Amateur level)
Arsene Wenger (Amateur level)
Sven-Goran Eriksson (Amateur level)
Jose Mourinho (Amateur level)

Arrigo Sacchi (no playing experience)
Carlos Alberto Parreira (no playing experience)
Ralf Rangnick (no playing experience)
Avram Grant (no playing experience)
Andre Villas-Boas (no playing experience)

comment is unjustified , knowing and seeing Richie and the team, A - they don't win or lose games ! its development! DOH! B- its SAP - skills acquisition , its not Richie playing or doing tricks ? the kids are a very good group and anyone watching them previously and now a big difference . C - Name? might help understand why you call someone a loser when they are actually trying to improve SA kids for the future ? - very sad comment and cowardly to not explain.

poor form. :clown:

Good thing about him is he managed to keep a job at FFSA. Something you weren't capable of doing.
Whats wrong with you?
Its either indigestion or this forum, and I hope its indigestion
Why?
Because at least I know that will get better in a little while

What did he do? Am I missing something? If someone did not progress from stic then maybe they are not good enough ?
P.s. my son did not progress either but loved every minute of it

There's a massive difference between coaches and managers, but I guarantee you most those coaches you mentioned would be able to show you something in football with good coordination because they understand football.

I can't argue with any of you.
Valid points raised throughout.
Title was very unfair on Richie.
Apologies to all especially Richie.

Yes Laurel and Hardy may not be right but from what I heard it was all your mistakes that made you leave as you were practically pushed out the door.

Your nickname amongst your colleagues wasn't calamity for no reason.

No surprise the game is running better under Wendy with you nowhere near Manton st.
