Sick to death of this. You would honestly get less then 5 games a season in either football or AFL were there is actually violence at a game. We're talking 5 games out of the thousands of matches played each season. WTF does the Tiser have to harp on about it? I'm sure you would be ten times more likely to get in a fight going down to you're local pub then any local sports ground. Why don't they report that? Or is the Tiser wanting to encourage people going out drink instead going out and get some exercise?

So in Aussie rules they have "scuffles"..."melees"

There is "expected" tension in Intercol contests like these....PEANUT BRAINS!!!!!

In the Sydney Utd game the police cam in storm trooper style and all and one guy was arrested and now the police are being investigated for over handed and thuggery. Apparently an eye witness report said that a cadet police woman kicked the crapout of the guy that was being held down by 5 police officers and capsicum spray to anyone near 20 meters of the central guy who lit a flare.

But aussie rules has melees and scuffles.

Conspiracy...u bet.
