Cup Final

Post by carltonpalmer »

Ingle Farm v Sturt Marion this Sunday in the amateur cup final at the paddocks.

What's your predictions? Although I think Farm have been the team to beat all season I couldn't rule out an upset. Should be a good game I think

Form and momentum points to a Farm win, tight first half but farm to run out 3-0 winners.

All Sunday final in the 35's cup :D
In my time at Anfield we always said we had the best two teams on Merseyside - Liverpool and Liverpool reserves.

Saturday teams give the term "Sunday league" a bad name. Rid these irrelevants!

Another day behind the lens....been a long year

Yes 2005...Salisbury Villa did win it when they were a Sunday side in 2000...

PS - For the few that might care...the missing 1982 Reserve Cup Final result was 2-0 to the Downs....my good friend Donald Bradbury (RIP) scoring both goals...
