Just a question if anybody knows.... If a player goes down due to a knock in the head, isn't that an automatic pause of the match regardless due to the possibilty that it could be quite serious?
Law 5: The Referee
stopping the match if, in his opinion, a player is seriously injured and ensuring that he is removed from the field of play. An injured player may only return to the field of play after the match has restarted;

Knights v West Beach
A's 1-3
B's 1-3
Result probably flatterd both A's and B's but thats Football! B's scored in the 93rd minute when we just couldn't break them down
A's was a tight game Referee was a shocker for both teams although lost control at the end when our player was sent off for a late challenge (straight red) and West Beach player headed butted him in retaliation - but was missed by a ref. Almost caused and all in, but credit to both sides
Also worked out why onthepissgain has such a problem with us - we nicknamed him "shrek" and it drives him mental!

Fulham A 4 - 2 Pumas, great comback after losing the keeper through injury and playing a non goalie between the sticks. Got a bit messy towards the end and the ref was a nightmare for both sides and should have been more switched on to off the ball strongarm tactics.
Fulham B 6 - 0 Pumas, easy win for the boys could have had at least 12 but to many hangovers and the boys switched off. Lunatic left back should hang up his boots two seperate assaults where he punched the guy twice on each occasion in full view of the ref went unpunished. Never a player in his life and he should chuck it in as a real ref would have reported him, punched like a girl though.

Gday boys, well it pissed it down in the second half of the A Team at Farm's ground today,
A TEAM - Ingle Farm 2 Para Hills East 1 (I told you so...)
B TEAM - Ingle Farm 2 Para Hills East 0
C TEAM - Ingle Farm 4 ISC Raptors 0
Gary Aitken got sent off late in the second half for East, bet you Vista boys are licking your lips at that news...
Good luck to you both next week

Good win by the boys today, but it seems that Vista are running out of 1st team players due to injuries etc. I heard that one of their subs was dragged out of retirement and put on the whitest boots I have ever seen -had they ever been used before?? Missed a glorious opportunity too....!avenell_road wrote:A's - Vista 3-1 Macedonia

never has one claimed to be a striker.and after today that won't change.plus when your own supporters are willing the ball not to go in the net??????????Happy Kopite wrote:Good win by the boys today, but it seems that Vista are running out of 1st team players due to injuries etc. I heard that one of their subs was dragged out of retirement and put on the whitest boots I have ever seen -had they ever been used before??

I always thought u were a defender..... what happened to Glenda?
thought you were there mate.glenda was out there scored two,and yes i once was a defender, many moons ago, went up front thought i'd be less damage up that end.
I was there beating your C team earlier , but had a family gathering so unfortunately couldnt witness the good man PC's comeback. Good to hear Glenn scored 2....

may i say that though much trouble was expected at this fixture the day went off in great spirit, great crowd the biggest we've had ever i rekon, and both games were played without any drama's.the b's ref did well and though it hurts me to say(as last time he sent 2 players off and booked 4 others)that the a's ref had a good game to.just show's if you keep ya gobs shut you don't get booked.would also like to know if any maco's boys had any thing stolen out of there bags, vista had a few things taken, and this is not the first time its happened.we have some idea who it is but can't prove it.
thanks to maco's and all the best for the rest of the year.

well you didn't miss much mate.pc got 7 free kicks in the first half, and each dive was different, which is not easy.i think he'll be sore tomorrow.Xplosive wrote:I was there beating your C team earlier , but had a family gathering so unfortunately couldnt witness the good man PC's comeback.
