I would say a high morale amongst the club which is achieved through equal attenion and respect to all players and their thoughts. Success can only be earnt from a high morale at the club.

I agree that coaching needs to be changed. When I was a junior and playing in rep teams the most coaching I got was do this drill, run this lap, kick the ball there and I developed mostly thanks to a parent who knew what he was on about and learning from playing. Thanks. Yes I do think he is a very good player. Regarding Federation coaching or Juniors. I think things are taken at a more serious level. I am really after a club that has a good groups of boys so we can all drink beer after the game. But I'm a very passionate man, I am not out there to lose a ...
