as we caught up saw they were all players heading back home.

res game kicked off then downpour killed the game in 10 mins abandoned
prems game was abandoned due to pitch before kickoff
another round of catchups

Wasn't this thread about coaches? But as far as Olympic goes next year I thought they were going to be under West Adelaide's name and therefore have more chance of getting juniors and reserves. This is my understanding of it too. But is it the case there are not enough numbers for the teams? last 3 ...

It appears that the coach did the right thing in limiting the scoring. You cannot help the quality of the players at olympic - they are experienced prems players whose life choices limit their options in playing for prem clubs. I wouldnt read too much into it being involved in the game at this level ...
