Re: Croydon
I believe Croydon's request to withdraw from the WSL was rejected by FSA.
Perhaps Croydon should resort to under the table payments to players like the rest of the comp?

Re: Promotion / Relegation 2024
Elizabeth Downs will win it again they have a quality side. I heard there was a incident yesterday there no.6 charged a player from behind and step on his back while they were 2 nil up. Referee didn't see it of course, and went to the downs linesman and only gave him a yellow. Apparently there is f...

FSA now looking after refs for SAASL (who just had 2 rounds of cup games). I reckon there just isn't enough for the amount of games needing to be covered. Only going to get worse I think

Re: WNPL / WSL Cup
What's the thoughts of those out there of Reserves competing in the Cup against WNPL and WSL 1st Teams? Time to remove them and just have the WNPL and State League clubs. The reserves dont really need a Cup, their aim is to try and get into the first team. Or put them into the Div 1 Cup instead. No...

Re: WNPL and State sports Park
Does a lease mean exclusivity? Certainly, doesn’t mean ownership. I’d say tonight and any other Friday night it lays idle. In regards to State Park and the de-centralisation of WNPL games, I maintain this has bene a detriment to the WNPL. Idle? How the hundreds of junior players that Adelaide Olymp...

Re: WNPL and State sports Park
The place needs an overhaul. Pitch not the best many players have ongoing injuries and soreness from the very poor playing surface.. Location of coaching boxes is insane. Facing the rain and wind. Zero protection. even in summer. Until then can WA and Fulham pick another place ie the Parks. The who...

Re: WNPL and State sports Park
Not seen it happen. Maybe at Metro but little elsewhere. In fact very little is open when the games are on. Not viable. The Parks has the canteen and bar open. IIRC FFSA tried to close the bar at the Parks 30 mins after the 2020 WNPL Grand Final, meaning the players, after long hard season, couldn'...
