Re: hull vs liverpool

Good win. Two nice finishes from Kuyt and a class strike from Alonso.
Was worried up until we got that third though..

Re: hull vs liverpool

Very uninspired performance from us so far.. Hull City giving us no time whatsoever. And ffs, can someone else, anybody else please take the set pieces from now on. If I see another corner or another free kick cut out by the first player, the wall or simply float over everybody/everything, I will go...

Re: Liverpool vs Arsenal

Great game to watch..
But as everyone else said 3 defender fuck ups and 3 goals for arsenal..

Could've been 4-1 if it wasn't for those mistakes, because Arsenal didn't really create any chances themselves apart from that counter attack..

Arshavin really is clinical in front of goals though..

Re: Filippo Inzaghi

He is quite a good player. But his celebrations are just woeful. His celebrations are inversely proportional to the goal. Tap in = run around tugging your shirt till it rips, into 35 metre slide on knees Dive header from 18 yards = finger up in the air and light jog. Basically it's based on h...

Re: Liverpool vs Arsenal

Arsenal would beat most teams without RVP and ADE but they aren't playing most teams they are playing an inform Liverpool with a solid back 4 plus a pit bull Argentinian sitting infront of them. Cesc isn't going to get much time on the ball so i think thier main threat will be Asharvin, Nasri and m...

We should come away with 3 points. I hope..

would love to see agger get a start. Likewise, though I doubt it'll happen. The lad is extremely talented..Skrtel has just been too good to drop for majority of this season..although lately he's had his moments.. would love to see Insua get a start aswell - small and nimble and if he lines up again...

Re: Liverpool's defence

What is Liverpool's strongest defence? They have: RB: Arbeloa, Degen, Carragher. CB: Carragher, Agger, Skrtel, Hyypia. LB: Agger, Insua, Aurelio, Dossena. Personally I think it's: -Arbeloa--Carragher--Skrtel--Agger- This gives Agger more freedom to attack (as we know he loves to) and allows Skrtel ...

Re: Liverpool's defence

I don't dislike Insua at LB, he is finding his feet ... Yeah I like Insua as well, but as it is I feel that the only way to incorporate Carragher, Agger and Skrtel into the same team is by playing Agger at LB. In a few years time I don't doubt that our defence will be: -Arbeloa--Skrtel--Agger--Insua-

i don't think he's made a hell of a lot more good signings than duds.. he has signed as many duds as decent players pellegrino kromkamp bellamy nunez (though, that was part of the owen deal) gonzales morientes cisse (don't think he's that bad, but playing him at right wing made him a crap signing) ...

Re: Torres

Well I can't see where our goals are gonna come from now.
Keane can't buy a goal at the moment, Kuyt's good form is over, and Benitez flat out won't start Babel for some unknown reason. Gerrard could chip in I suppose, but we can't just rely on him.

These next few games are gonna be tough. :(
