Re: FFSA ...YOU'RE A JOKE
For someone who had been 'lost'Socca you're still reading this thread. I have a life mate........why don't you stop being so pedantic and just let people express an opinion even if a mistake was made in not using the correct terminology, Im pretty sure most people understood the opinion I was ...

Re: FFSA ...YOU'RE A JOKE
Not an idiot....just live in the real word where a swear word is not the end of the world. The player said one swear word whilst walking in the opposite direction to the ref....no gestures no abuse etc as you have said...compared to some of the other unsportsmanlike behavior manifested by some ...

Re: FFSA ...YOU'RE A JOKE
Ok.....if a red card needs to be issued for swearing I put it to you that most oldder boys would be red carded every weekalong with most of the senior teams going around......you're all a bit precious!

No its not my club, yes I know about reversals etc ...do you not know people/coaches from other clubs that you speak to. ......Im sure you do!..........in fact is I actually don't have kids who are currently playing anywhere. Re: FFSA ...YOU'RE A JOKE
You are correct if a player swears directly at a ref go for it. ....even then i think 5 weeks would be rough...referee to precious in this case. Has anyone heard coaches???? If anyone goes to senior games youll hear all the words in the book! Who gets 5 weeks.....its ridiculous!

Re: FFSA ...YOU'RE A JOKE
Firstly its not my club nor my team .. in fact it was the opposition team to the one I regularly watch No issues with referees disciplining players but I was right near where the incident occurred and yeah the young lad swore as he walked off but at no stage did he abuse the ref. Fair is fair and to ...

FFSA ...YOU'RE A JOKE
On the weekend a ref gave a player a straight red card (which wasnt there) and the ref admitted so to the boys after the game. The reason for the red card 'because the home team parents were yelling' that is a joke. What ensued however is an absolute disgrace. ...ffsa overturned the red card but the ...

Re: volunteers.... the good, the bad and the ugly.
Its easy to lump all parents who refuse to help in one group.....yes there are drop kick parents who dont help but are the first to have something to say, however, after speaking with some parents, clubs, I believe are so lacking in people skills and the word that pops up constantly is lack of ...

Open Mens have made the semi-finals. Good on them! ...but how? Only 5 teams...............win one game and you make the semi's That wasnt the case a couple of years back. ..they had two divisions in age groups with about 6 to 7 teams in each division....if you didnt finish top 2 you were finished ...

Re: Nationals 2014

Re: results in juniors finals
Im told Metrostars Under 16's dropped their age relevant players from 17 and 18's, however, their under 15 side was their regular side. In the end as long as all players are the correct age, the better teams won on the day, lets congratulate them all and move on.

Re: results in juniors finals
This is the great debate.......do you play the regular squad or drop those higher. Neither is right or wrong at the end of the day I believe the cup is a different competition to that of the regular season and it is there to be won. I have no problem with players coming down if they are of the ...

Well Done West Adelaide, from what I can see they are on top on Div 1 and are a fantastic football side. No disrespect to the other team but West Adelaide are the team to beat this year.

14.3 Where a club may not have sufficient players to field a team in a semi-final or final due injury or illness, a club may request an exemption to the rule by submitting a request to FFSA outlining the reasons. If an exemption is granted, the club will only be permitted to move players up from a ...

Re: Results 30/06/2013 catch up games
If these players are older, which is what you imply - why are they not playing in the correct age group or under 18s?[/quote] I posed this question in another thread, the answer is simple, most people see to be of the same opinion being that there is a strong possibility and is most likely that ...
