  First off I would like to say superb blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to
  ask if you do not mind. I was curious to know how
  you center yourself and clear yopur mind prior
  to writing. I have had trouble clearing my mind inn getting my thoughts out there.
  I truly do enjoy writing howeever it just
  seems like the first 10 too 15 minutes are usually wasted
  just trying to figure oout how to begin. Any recommendations
  or hints? Thanks!
