an Australian calling Palestine a non-country...

remind me who the head of state of 'Australia' is again...
The irony of the fact you won't disclose your nationality. Either a coward or embarrassed to his own roots we can only gather.
only a bigot such as yourself would be obsessed by my background
You might want some self-reflection on that one. Only a coward, or traitor, continually bags his own country and allies whilst basking in its fruits.

Bruno Fornaroli added. I suppose he has the form and a win is important.

Anyone watch Australia v Bahrain this morning. I fell asleep but it was boring what I saw. Australia won 2:0

Goodwin 2 assists and a missed sitter.

Australia 🇦🇺 versus Lebanon 🇱🇧 in a World Cup Qualifier 7.40pm tonight (21 March) on Ch10.Bold.

Not a single word in today’s National Murdoch broadsheet about the National Team.

The likes of creatures like the self-titled, so-called “Midfield Maestro” and “zzzzz” 💤 can watch two Melbourne suburbs play in an AFL game on the other TV station or have an early night.

There are many racing shows on tonight. Black Bookers, Get On, Get On SA, The Playbook, Formline (let alone night racing at Pakenham).

PS - try page 46 today's Tiser. ;-)

That friend would obviously be you.

Once

It took time but we hit the high in 2006 with the golden generation courtesy of the NSL

The second two qualifying world cups were riding the coat tails of the NSL

What we have today is the product of 20 years of A League.

If you think the quality of the tonight was better than 2006, you may very well be that friend you speak of.

Having to beat (time and time again) the likes of decent South American opponents over two legs wasn't exactly a walk in the park.
The Iran match-up in 1997 was just dead unlucky.

Glad you caught up to the score Bomber.

And yeah, nah, yeah - saw the Socceroos stuff in the CrowTiser.

But I was pointing out it was pathetic that the National broadsheet had no preview about the National team and it’s World Cup Qualifier.

Wrong gender Con , the Matildas get full on coverage compared to the Socceroos.

Bandwagoners. Any true footballing purist wouldn't hold women's football in anywhere near that of men's standard.

For example, I don't think I have even seen a decent woman goalkeeper - EVER!
