I did agree with the second part of his interview but can't get away from the fact he admitted he's a cheat.

I think you only get bans like that for taking banned substances in cricket. Note, only 12 months and not the 24 they're supposed to get. It's OK though because i'm sure he'd make some excuse like "my mum gave it to me" and people will believe it.

What made that worse, was the fact he didn't even seem to have sufficient control of the ball to claim a catch anyway (ala Herschelle Gibbs and that World Cup "drop").
Oh well, according to hawkesy he at least has admitted to being one (cheat) so are we surprised?

Some are staying that he held the ball too long before taking the bails off. Whilst it's in the keepers gloves then the ball is live, don't want to be stumped - don't leave your crease.
