Ok then, from what I have heard the comp should have at least 8 teams. Lets hope it has 9 so the boys get 8 pool matches.
2 NSW (Thunder and Lightning)
2 ACT (Cobras and Colts)
2 VIC (Blue and White)
SA
QLD
NNSW?
SNSW?

What about WA ?
bit too far maybe ?

I think most WA State teams are playing in the Vikings Nationals. In futsal it isn't a huge loss though as most of their teams end up down the bottom. Outdoor is a different story though.

I heard the youth team have pulled out of Nationals?
Is this true? If so, why?

don't think there ever was a youth team going this year. Some of the boys in the open team are from the youth team last year.

Are the 11s boys team that are going a good side? Also, are the 15 boys a good side?

Is that the team that plays as the '94's' at Campbelltown on Saturday mornings or is that just some of the 15s squad?

I am not sure.
Just wondering if they are going to a competitive outfit in Canberra.

If it is 94's they've got a bit of work to do to get there; they lost 8-3 on Saturday in the U15 comp.

Well done FFSA on putting those names out. Its always good to acknowledge the players that are representing their state.
Out of curiousity, do any of the teams going to Canberra have a realistic chance of taking out the title? What would be regarded as a failure? (i.e. FFSA want all boys teams to at least make semis etc)

In the younger boys age groups, say u12 to u/16, what % play at Campbelltown, and what % play at Salisbury ??

looks like we're not sending a open women's team.... you never know, they might actually do better in this comp than in the W-League

good to see SA sending 2 teams in the 12 boys. Are they an A and a B side or evenly mixed throughout?

Yea but whats the quality of the Salisbury league like in comparison to Campbelltown Leisure?

That's a hard question to answer. I assume because Campbelltown has a larger comp it is easier for the coaches to identify the talent in one location. I am sure there are equally talented players at Salisbury but it is difficult for them to get the exposure for selection if the coaches do not venture there.

Yes but I guess the coaches believe it is better to have players that are playing in a higher quality comp weekly rather than kids who are not being tested in another competition.
