It will be in Sydney. You go overseas and all they talk about is were you live compared to Sydney. Most people have little idea of Melbourne outside of Australia. I don't think it is about the size but the stature of the city that gets it, Sydney wins hands down over any other city in Australia.

if ANZ Stadium gets that upgrade then the MCG wont host the final.
