i remember couple months back ppl said RVN can only score in EPL ... he'll struggle in others league like Serie A and La Liga ...

3 goals for his 1st match in La Liga .. i hope this will keep ppl shut ...
he's no more play for Utd .. but always wish him all the best ,,, !!

he is and always will be one of the best ever out and out goal scorers

and if van basten doesnt pick him for holland he will justify the fact that a great player doesnt necesserally make a great manager

Maybe he's not playing cos they got into argument. Ruud is a classy finisher though and you can always expect goals from him. His record proves this.

Whilst I dont particularly like Ruud Van Horsehead...must be the Man Ure connection.

There is no doubt that he is a quality finisher...personally I dont think Sir Alex was thinking straight when he sold him...but what do I know?

Should definately be in the Holland squad though!

Should be but when you have a fall out with the manager then u wont play no matter how good u are. 1.Ferguson vs Ruud (Ferguson wins battle by benching him and then selling him) 2. Van Basten vs Ruud (benched for dutch game at world cup and now doesnt get the call up at all).

obviously he is a CLASS striker,,,,,,,,,,,but,1st he has a disagreement with ferguson, then van basten.now correct me if im wrong but could it be that ruud is too difficult to manage or is he just unlucky ?
