Pontian 2-1 Grove
I'm very happy to have moved to West Ham, because I can play for a better team than Sheffield Wednesday.

Apart from the first 25 minutes of the second half, Ingle Farm played us off the park. They play a great passing game, far and away the best division 2 team we have played in the last season and a half.

Having said that, we can play considerably better than we did so hopefully we can turn it around this week in the league fixture.

The ref in Vista's game against Munno Para was awful, it was a shame coz the game was ok and played in a decent spirit with......dare I say......honest lining from both sides for a change!

He gave a peno after 1st signalling for a direct free kick inside the box!! the pen was saved only for him to give another for........well I dont know and nobody else seemed to know either!
Justice was done as the keeper saved it again.
He was the worst ref I have seen all year.
A WHOPPER AND A TOOL

The only shame was I was not on the pitch to stoke a confient peno home with 'The Wand'

;-)
The young boys said unto him....."go up baldhead, go up"......so he did, rose like a salmon and nodded the ball into the net......1 nil! :-)

your right there carra! i was playing and he did not say a word all day!
he would blow the whistle and just stand there...not raising an arm to signal which way the frees were going or anything! i was abusing him pretty full on towards the end and knew nothin would happen because he couldnt talk! our coach was very angry and mistified by what happened on the park! you may of picked me out on the field i was playing centre mid

Westies vs East game:
Was a great game i thought. The east never looked out of the game at any stage. We threatned their goal for most of the second half and probably deserved one and maybe the equaliser!! First half was the worst reffing i have probably ever had to play with. Almost all the 50/50 challenges came out with a westies free kick. I know everyone on here complains about the refs, but this was an absolute joke. Even the westies were laughing at some of the decisions!!
But at the end of the day a very dissapointing result for us because it was one which could have definately gone our way.
Few weeks off later never hurt anyone anyways

I was at the Vista B game as well.

What can I say about the ref....bizarre...we were actually embarrased by the penalty decisions in normal time. I don't think he really knew what was going on when he first started pointing at the spot where he said the foul occured, then he seems to realise it was in the box and started counting out the distance to the spot from the goal line.....but as already stated he didn't say a word. Must be a fecking mute or something.

Respect to Munno's keeper.

Thanks for the game Munno. Played in a very competitive but fair spirit. I am sure your side will do well this year as they didn't play like Div4 side.

Apologies Sparts. I thought you played very well for a Div4 side, Div3 is more like it. How are your As doing? coming up again next year?

I was the linesman for Vista (injured).

I think I know who carra is. I don't think he played either.

Farm 3 Vista 0 - Farm are good quality side and make lots of space. Farm deserved to win and score goals however 2 very scrappy goals that were within the 6 yard box, good quality 2nd goal, poor marking by all the Vista lads(myself included). Having said that though, Vista had 2 goals cleared off the goal line and how ever much Vista were outplayed and outmatched, things will be different this weekend in the second leg. Vista have got this week to prepare and believe are a lot better( as advised by a farm boy) than played on weekend. As for this forum and a poll on who is going to win the cup and put in PHE, only shows this biasm of this forum.
