LOVE IT

If the table was to stay like this we would have to be favourites to go up as well. We're certainly in the best form.
The Timmy effect
They were on the way up before he arrived.

It started before he came but he has undoubtedly been an amazing positive influence on everyone at the club.

Couldn't care less if we lost every game. IF we go up, it should be almost minimal spending, keep the same team, have a lot of fun, annoy the "modern premiership fan" and take the money that secures our future for a generation.

I think you'd want to beat West Ham at least. On the park I mean.

Ruben Neves scores the goal of the season as Wolves dont need to get out of 1st gear to beat Derby :)
Win at home against Brum on Sunday and the inevitable promotion confirmed.

Good to see Wolves reserves ( Millwall) shaking things up.....

Amusingly I think one of those "reserves" will get that goal of the season. Thanks for taking the points against derby, you northern monkeys will get promotion and hoping you take fulham with you.

It's hardly original, it's just like man city's. Spend cabernet loads of money and buy the championship.

Except they haven't have they? I read a report into this a few months back and they're paying well below the market rates to the players apparently, one assumes with a bonus at the end, and I don't think they actually spent that much on transfers apart from Neves, the rest were mostly loans.

Didn't Leeds complain about them or something?

There is some suggestion that they are employing a new version of 3rd party ownership and getting players for below market value.

I heard something about Jorge Mendes being involved with the group that owns wolves and he is using his client list to manipulate the situation.
It's all in the Delivery!

Can't find the article now but pretty sure they were top of the transfer fees spent for the championship. They spent #16 Million on one player, Millwall spent *800,000 on their entire squad.

16 Million pounds on a player in the championship. Millwall could break their transfer record on 20 new players for that amount.

Doesn't look like you'll even make the playoffs after the drubbing by Fulham.

Pay attention, that's not what I said. I reckon Derby will overhaul you, maybe only on GD though.

Pay attention, I never said you did say anything.

We have two tough games coming up, going to be a hard slog. Proud of our season, even if we lose them both.

Timmy's been a naughty boy lately. Can't imagine why.

Lack of playing time might come back to haunt him come Russia though - guess it all depends on the coach.

Yet, the FA did nothing about the big Serbian guy they have up front.

Caholl's been pushing a line since he signed. Picked up a few bookings in the first few minutes of coming on.

Hopefully that wasn't his last time in a Millwall shirt.

Ok Wolves and Cardiff go up.

Fulham V Derby
and
Villa V Middlesbrough

Semi finals over 2 legs to book the third spot to go up.

Barnsley, Burton and Sunderland  go down.

Special mention to Millwall for finishing 8th and just missing out on the top 6 after there promotion last year.

Oh and 30004 people  attending the 2-0 win V QPR for the last Leeds home game for this year.

It will probably make Bolton stronger so they don't get in the same situation next year.

Not just 8th after promotion but also on one of the lowest budgets in the division. An amazing season.

I prefer the Conference promotion playoff set up - one legged ties. That said, I'd rather no playoffs at all.
