Maybe, just maybe, he will be able to get the English players to play for England with the same passion they play for their clubs?

Only Alf Ramsey has managed that to date, so hopefully he can do the same?
I'm in shock - you've spoken sense
You're losing the plot praising that old duffer.

They're both old duffers.
No country who has never qualified for the world cup should be allowed to host it at the expense of one who has.

And of course your opinions are based upon a lifetime of experience in the game of Football?

At least mine are - almost 60 years at most levels and areas of the game.

I might not always get things 100% right but at least I make them from experience.

Please give us an idea of your experience so we can learn from you, oh great one.

To be honest the task will get even harder this season, with an ever shrinking pool of players to pick from the EPL. Big Sam has already warned he will have to fringe EPL players in his squads.

I've never claimed to be a 'great' player, a good one, yes, but never great. :)

As for 'Rusty' - you name says it all.

As your hero Glenn Hoddle would say, ''God Loves You'', just as well, no one else does.

I think he was a great player, actually and brought some much needed skill to the English game.

Who loves you?

Name them, it shouldn't take long.

Any important people love me. Unimportant people? Who cares, they're not important.

I knew you'd love Glen Hoddle.

Who do you regard as important?

I don't 'Love' Hoddle but I always liked him as a player.

You appear to be fixated with him though, as you are the one posting his picture all over the forum, not me.

People I consider important are people that mean something to me. eg. My family are important, you're not. My friends are important, you're not

One picture is hardly a fixation.

You aren't important to anyone, except your family, and their views are of no importance to me.

One picture may not be an obsession but it is when it is used over an over again.

Just like your constant abuse of me and my playing career is a symptom of your own low self esteem.

You are the one demanded proof of my Football experience and Coaching credentials to post the views I presented, a long time ago and I gave it to you, but because you have no experiences of professional Football at all, you chose to pretend I was lying and that you instead are the expert on all things to do with Football.

It is a sad indictment of this forum that a handful of your fellow ignoramuses have sided with you in your attempts to discredit my opinions.

That is your loss, but I do have more supporters than you could believe who tend to post me off site and express their support for me.

They prefer not to do it in the forum, as they know they will be given similar treatment by you and your cohorts.

Despite your moronic attacks and accusations, I will continue to post my ideas, beliefs and opinions on Football that have come from that lifetime of involvement in Football regardless of what you say or pretend I have said.

As the saying goes; 'There is Nothing to Fear but Fear Itself'; and you are just a scared little boy crying in the dark.
