Not far away now.

Aussies, welsh and poms and even Fijians in same group. Wont be easy!

Maybe the aussies could lend the Fijians some of their players back to even it up a bit

The Fijians don't seem to have much trouble in the 7's. :P

NZ will win it anyway, but would be good to make the final.

Yeah pressure is on England being at home, semis apparently the least expected. Can't see them being good enough to win though. Ireland at 9 -1 well worth $20

Not sure on the draw and who it would mean facing but if we avoid NZ then we can get all the way to the final.

VERY tough draw against teams where it could go either way but would expect home advantage to get England over the line.

Interestingly, no team has ever won a Rugby World Cup without a 100% record.

Swing low, sweet chariot

Full draw here:

http://www.rugbyworldcup.com/fixtures

Imagine NZ v Namibia and/or NZ v Georgia. Could be some embarrassingly one sided games.

Groups look a bit lop-sided to me, but it is what it is!

Looks like to avoid NZ, who will 99% top their pool (C) and win their QF, they will then face runner-up of pool A in the semi, so big incentive to win the group

All on free to air over here.

Was looking at the fixtures last night and cannot believe I have a prior engagement on the same night as the England Australia game. Very poor planning on someone's part

I could be wrong here but the highest ever was Australia v Namibia in 2003

I once played in a game where the red blew the final whistle at 92-0 with 20 still to play.

bearing in mind we were the county champions and semi finalists in the national cup - I wouldn't know.

Advert for Fox Sports's coverage yesterday and they were asking - Who will bomb out?

Quite a few of them said it would be someone from Australia's group. Glad they have such expert commentators to come up with that theory.

Tips a few years back we had about 5 people who got every prediction right. Doubt that will happen this year.

Still here.

Got to give credit to the Japanese on this one. Could have taken the 3 points for the draw but they went for it. We will have to seriously lift now to be a contender. Not that big an issue though as we can still top the group and 2nd place gets arguably as hard a game as 1st in our group.

How many non-Japanese are representing Japan this year?

Similar to the number of non-Australians playing in the green and gold I'd imagine :P

More than similar, quick research and i make it 4 a piece.

NB. a very quick look so may have missed some and also used a method that I don't agree with and worked solely on place of birth.

Didn't get up for the game, Australian Rugby has some work to do
In my opinion to win back the Australian sporting public.

Will always support the players but the administration have shiraz the public
Over for a few years now and do not enjoy the support they have in the past.

Makes the Aussie games huge coming up. Lose to England and they could well be out. Bonus points could decide the qualifiers.

Very disappointing refereeing in the end but what a great try by the welsh in the end though. England could have taken the draw but good on them for going for the win.

I bottle of shiraz up on daylight saving and only saw second half.

Wallabies scrum was fantastic, the whole Forward pack
Dominated general play as well.

Surprised Genia was replaced.
