Careful.
Currently 5th and 8th.
On form you'd have to back the crows. Crows are currently playing great football, Port aren't.
Wheels have fallen off the Power a bit, but both teams now look like they'll be playing in September.
How are the crows playing great footy? The game against collingwood was poor. Both teams were crap but crows were just slightly better.
I'll admit crows are playing good. Better than port at the moment but not great.
Every team apart from the top 2 are playing average at the moment. Freo should've lost last night. Kangaroos are horribly inconsistent. Geelong aren't that good IMO. Port are unconvincing but a win vs the pies can put them back in the top 4.
I know the crows is slightly higher but for Port to have the 4th highest average attendance this season in the AFL is bloody brilliant. Even in poor form, we drew 50k vs Sydney. Record SA AFL match crowd, record crowds against opposition, record season attendance.....the tarp days are well and truly gone. It's sad that some crows fans and media tossers like Nick Gill (who can't talk) still bring that crap up. PAFC have come a long way since 2012 on and off the field. Any one who thinks other wise is just an idiot.

the tarps may be gone for now but the band wagoners are still here....no posts in this thread from the start of July but you beat an Ablett-less Suns and a Carlton that's put the cue in the rack and here they come.....Rucci has them as premiership favourites again...

Crows can have the best attendance. They will claim that as a win even though the team they support aren't crash hot and will lose their best player in a season. Once that happens, we will see how many fans they get to their games.
Highly doubt Dangerfield will be there at the end of next year. His mind looks elsewhere lately when he plays. Strong links to Geelong and Hawthorn I have heard.
Dangerfield has been playing hurt for a while....is given 2-3 injections per game....also, he and walker have bought into the Alma...he aint going nowhere.

That's laughable mega. The media in Adelaide are the worst when it comes to the crows. Have you guys beaten anyone above you except Port all season? But anytime you get a win it's the old "here come the crows/ back in premiership contention" BS.
As for Dangerfield, will he be working at the Alma? No. Probably just a silent partner - something he can be interstate.
Gee Maxi....this is going to hurt.....i know youre a power supporter but i didnt think you were 'one of them'....
No one has built up the crows this year.....except Rowey....and hes the new KG......cornsey, mcdermott and Ricciuto have been scathing in their criticism....
As for the crows....not good enough....6 losses by less than 10 points and to teams lower than us means something is wrong....the coaches box needs new people....
As for the Power...youre premiership favourites.....just ask Rucci
Hows the knee?

By "one of them" I hope you mean an old school Port supporter - 30+ years and counting.....
Def not good enough this year. Yet you can still make the 8. How does that work?
Ah well, you can always become a Ports supporter. We welcome all band wagoners
Knee is good mate. Haven't played in a few years though.
Miss the old times

So in effect these injections are enhancing his performance?

heard an interesting conversation last night on 5AA...
if Power plays Crows in the first week of finals (wont happen......Crows are #$%^), because the venue becomes a clean stadium in the control of the AFL (during finals), tickets will be allocated to the teams according to membership numbers....65/35% in the Crows favour...
there must be a lot of neutrals at Power games....
anyway...from a Crows supporters perspective, even I believe this is silly....but thems the rules, which clubs know about!

I thought the AFL just opened up the tickets to all members, and its first come, first served.

the fans love it and it really builds the atmosphere up before the first bounce
doesnt quite compare to the crows giving a lap of honour to a flag that says '19th man' though. that really gets the nannas with their homemade crows scarfs out of their seats
