Skilleroos trials 2021

Post by Three words »

Can someone tell how the program of the Skilleroos trials work.
Kids are trialing out with no numbers on there Jersey, with there red, yellow, green and White outfits - so how can a selector tell who’s who.
Richie was out there once for the 4-5 weeks.
We play in a 11 aside game and the kids are playing 9 aside half a pitch.
The so called selectors weren’t even watching the games.
How can a kid, who’s dad is one of the coaches made it through.
No Referee, while these games are on
Balls are flat, that wouldn’t be allowed in a normal Sunday game.
This Ffsa is so unprofessional and most of these coaches have only played amateur soccer 😢 😢 😢

with what you are saying it sounds like the teams have already been picked and they are just going through the motions and perhaps to see if there is an absolute stand out they may have missed or isn't related to someone

Did they invite all clubs to participate?

Yeh i think so, isn't it up the clubs to send their best kids to the trials?

as per previous comment I would say teams have been selected already and they are looking for one or 2 standouts.
