academies

Post by jedi23 »

Hi just looking at getting peoples thoughts on academies in SA? I have a 4 year old son and i am always looking at ways to get extra soccer training into him, but there are some pretty basic places out there calling themselves academies "hardly" and charge a fair amount for not much. I then see the Austrlalasian soccer academy with that kid "yuri kum" that offers good coaching( from videos and reviews i have read) and also has scouts and contacts in Europe ect to help these kids get noticed? I am not saying all kids " or my kid " are this good but atleast its another pathway. Should Adelaide utd or FFSA have academies set up for kids at a young age instead of just for youth squads?? I personally think it would be a fantastic idea and could only help provide quality players on a domestic front! Thanks
