pity the fees didn't stretch to a team Physio. Would have been a real asset for the boys.

SA lost to NSW 3-2 in game 5. This is the Pacific games rules, unfortunate but them zee rules. It was nice to hear the head of football from the Pacific games mention SA boys were the best team at the presentation!

The Pacific Games was a fantastic experience for all who were involved. So many kids smiling having a great time, forming new friendships with team mates also with interstate players! These memories will last a lifetime. I know my boy will never forget!

Coach U12: Theo Mylonas
Manager: Ian Dickie
FFSA & SAPSASA are working together. I'm not sure about U19s but I think it maybe a similar set up.

Coach U19 Graham Fowlie
Manager Steve De Giovanniello
Final standings U19
1st NSW
2nd Victoria
3rd Queensland
4th Western Australia
5th South Australia (same points as WA - goal difference counted)
6th ACT
One SA player (Ben Head) made the All Australian Team. One was named in the identified player team (Aladin Irabona). Both had a great tournament but there were others who could also have been selected. Most others came from NSW and Victoria.
Although Victoria came 2nd - they were an outstanding team.
