Hi, does anyone know of any decent academies that are not associated with any clubs running on a Monday night, Thanks

Jason Hayhurst at Football Focus is good. Down at Waite Oval near Mercedes College.

Western Surburbs, I know of one at Underdale, but was looking for something a bit more technical

you should try Drago Kljajic, Im pretty sure he trains Monday nights near the city. you can contact him 0410508566.

Thanks for all the replies, I had a look at Drago with my Son, seems like a good balance of coaching/education and I also like the idea that his family is involved in the coaching as well, does go on for quite a while but my son really enjoyed it, so thanks for those who put him forward.

during tonights 7 news, Cassio was talking about a soccer clinic he is doing for juniors, I have tried to find it but no success.

Anyone know of it and it's website?

Is extremely good, my son goes there .. think its called PM Professional Football Academy train Mon Wed and Fri nights at Pembroke

To me an academy is for the gifted not just anyone who wants to pay for extra coaching.

The word academy is too loosely used these days.

I am not knocking all the ones mentioned, as I am sure they provide good extra coaching, but I don't agree with the naming of them.

I would say football school or football coaching.

A child could goto John Dedes football school. Nothing wrong with that. but John Dedes football academy makes it sound better and more exclusive and for elite players.
