I don't understand how Para Hills can go up to the 15 A JPL division when they finished third last year in the JPL B. They have left the Cove up despite them finishing second bottom, so in that theory Croydon should stay up and Para Hills remain in the B division, it would be good if someone could explain the theory behind it.

Draft 1 Croydon were in Div 2 ... draft 2 in Div 1 .. final draft back in Div 2 ... maybe they requested that? or perhaps Para Hills winged?

The U12 set up is interesting .. does not appear to loosely follow zones as per previous years but has the majority of the assumed stronger teams in one league ... this would effect the normal top three/four from each zone going into U13 Div 1 .. so am assuming this may be a further indication of the league restructure in 2015 ie Junior fixture alignment with seniors?

Also interesting that Skillaroos and State U14's are playing for points .. rationale that teams were fielding experimental teams v them last season so probably a smart idea from the Federation to ensure these teams are suitably tested.

How did Raiders get into central 12yellow ?

There is no 'central' or 'northern' zone for Under 12s this season. It appears both those geographical zones have been merged together - then all the Premier League clubs put in one league and all the State league clubs in the other.

By doing this, (as someone pointed out earlier in this thread), the FFSA has signalled its intention to proceed aligning of all junior teams with their Senior teams. So in the future all Junior teams from Premier league clubs play only against other premier league clubs, and same with State League clubs.

For the U12s this season, this is a departure from what has happened in previous years and based on no logic at all.

u/12's Changed again....really doesn't bother me what division or zone we play in...im happy my boys will play at least 21 games this year + more if they progress in the cup+ more with the friendlies I organise with teams outside our division.
