I do not see the issue at all, would you rather West Adelaide roll out Rob Di troia as their proposed A-League coach?

However I believe if Adelaide City or West Adelaide want to be realistically considered as a second A-League team in SA they will need to change their badge and strip in order to be truly an Australian Club (not that I agree with the FFA direction on this, I would love to see teams of ethnic background in the national league).

I actually think West Adelaide have a better chance than Adelaide City to obtain an A-League license as they can represent a geographical area unlike Adelaide City who really have no base to market to in light of Adelaide United.

It would be great to have a club from the Western suburbs to support!

What wah2 needs to do on their website in the history section is acknowledge the forefathers of parkb27 and me.
That is the true history of wah2.
Wah2 is not Wah original and never will be fact.

When this mindset changes then the clubs karma might reach better heights.

Hindmarsh is.

Adelaide City will never get an A-League license, the only way SA could have a second A-League team is if the team represented a geographical area.

We aren't ready for it yet however let's hope if it happens it's a team that represents the best part of SA, the western suburbs. :D

You are totally right. They should be mentioning you on their website.

They should also name you honorary President for what you did for the club.

They need to also commission a bronze statue at their new facility.

What is wrong with WAHmk2?

If WA2 is not WA1 and never will be as stated by you, how can it acknowledge any history other than
WA2 history.
Were or are you and the forefathers involved In setting up WA2?
If not then why should you get any acknowledgement in WA2.

I will ask Robbie how much truth there is in the meeting when I see him for lunch ;-). I may also tell him how Modbury Jets (who have a ground) are more viable than WA to be part of. I am sure Trimmers and Carl wont mind if they work with a LFC legend :-)

Trimmers and Carl have no association with Modbury Jets, do you mean the Modbury Soccer Club?

In hindsight and with better wisdom of history.
Wah original did the best thing getting liquidated.
But one mistake before they did.
Oops two mistakes .
All the historical pics and trophies should have been taken away and hidden.
They should have legally seperated the juniors at park b27.

The other quite laughable fact in the local game is count all the years a main form representing the larger Hellas community not being allowed in the top division be it politics, liquidation of a nsl club, not being allowed to field a team because they have a team in the nsl etc.
All those years which ever club won a championship in the SASF or FFSA .
It does not count for much because the competition was diluted.
Eg in 1977, 1978, 1979, 1980 etc etc 2000, 2001, 2002 etc etc

Be Natural, don't you know that he doesn't get irony/sarcasm? He has the tendency to actually believe these type of comments. That is how self-absorbed and stupid he is. You are only encouraging the clown. However, I suppose it can be fun taking the p, i. s.s with him. I have been guilty of that myself.
