WNPL CLUB TO BE FINED & THE LOSS OF MATCH POINTS

Post by sportsbird »

Currently, an investigation is being conducted by the FFSA as a result from a complaint which allegedly involves certain clubs not meeting the WNPL Criteria.
Apparently, it has been alleged that at least one club will be fined and the loss of match points for the indiscretion.
It sounds like another Sturt Marion episode.
When will the WNPL competition be taken seriously.

All the clubs have teams in the relevant age groups they need so will be interested to see who had nominated an age group they don't actually have a team for if that is the criteria you are referring to

Sorry to upset you with my observation.
The point was that perhaps WA arent fulfilling their obligation to field teams in the necessary levels.
Happy to be proved wrong.

Not upset.....you just didnt make much in the way of clarification to your statement. Perhaps that is the case for westies but wont be proven until there is either more forfeits or they pull the team. Round 1 doesn't really provide much indication.
