I'm just hoping the Crows can have a decent year despite the reality of the team.

Its a building year but they may still make finals

Definitely agree with Wet Coast being at the top all season though.

I just don't get the hype around the Bulldogs, but have them in the 8 cos no-one deserves it. I don't even want to put Cats in there, but their home form should be enough.

1. West Coast
2. Richmond
3. GWS
4. Brisbane
5. Collingwood
6. St Kilda
7. Geelong
8. Bulldogs

9. Port

Reckon Saints will improve. Bulldogs have speed and many games at Docklands and finished last season well. You'd expect Carlton & Melbourne to be better. Unknowns - Crows, Port, Bombers, Dockers, Swans, Kangas...…….but then again, each season has it's surprises.

Playing in empty arenas has seen Port and Gold Coast's chances of finals increase as they are more used to it. :P

Even though not H&A, at least if they see through a 17 game fixture season by playing everyone once only, it will at last be one of the more fairer ladders at the end!

With 17 Rounds does that mean Richmond still play their last 10 at the MGG

Who knows but spewing my Melb trip end of May is now looking shaky (if no football or horse races attendances allowed)

Although not perfect, playing each team once makes it a bit fairer than what it was.

multiple games per week....reduce the impact on the body....plus a mini draft from state leagues...

Shortened quarters at least means likelihood of closer games. May punt on a few draws this season.

Good chance to get rid of GWS and GC . This crisis will suck more money out of football . No crowds will be normal for those 2 clubs.

AFL had to appease the rabid supporters who wanted to see the game back.
With the travel bans imposed by the govt, they had no choice but to suspend it.

Don't worry, now you can actually have a life and spend time with family and friends!
