I knew this was coming as soon as it happened. I was surprised the cricket VAR can decide a ball can hit the stumps but not sufficiently enough to dislodge a bail. Well, I think that's what saw. I really only had it on in the background.

In that case, warner, bosnich, warne, sailor, armstrong, johnson aren't that bad either as they got caught.
if a cheat is caught out at least justice is served but overall well done Australia I didn't actually think they would win that easy
I may not be perfect but I'm still the closest I have ever come across

If that happened no-one would even raise the matter.

Ironic that Marnus was the culprit of Root's grounder - so maybe he set the precedence, so...…….

Using Root's example as his template, yes.

Steve Smith was the lowest scorer in the Auustralian inning. He really needs to lift his game.

You said when you would do it, not why you wouldn't do it now.

Seems strange that you won't call out a cheat.

Not really, you know the saffer didn't catch it. The evidence is inconclusive on Root.

Check this (again):
https://www.foxsports.com.au/cricket/th ... 3c2833635a

Pretty conclusive! If you can't see it, then I suggest that Specsavers appointment is long overdue.

Correct, conclusive that his fingers are under the ball.

So will you book yourself an appointment?

Ball touching grass. That's all that matters. I know you have "selective" vision, but when it's clear for all to see, you really have lost the argument. Even Root isn't "looking" in that pic

So if Marnus is a cheat, then so is Root. Simple.

Marnus is NOT a cheat, he asked for the review

Australia won 136
England won 108
Drawn 91

Aussie's are better at this game than the poms!

Is that so? I didn't know that.

If true then I take back what I said.

But Root is still a cheat.

I don't think the fielder can ask for a review, it was the batsman and I think he did it initially because he believed the ball did not hit the bat, which was in fact correct

With your opinion which is of no consequence at all

Not relevant to my statement of fact.

Series wise - australia are only one ahead.
