Root caught it. Only way he didn't was if he had deformed fingers or he had previously dug a hole in the ground to put them in.

Both (if for some strange reason you think Root cheated) then both were attempts to deceive the umpires. Aussies were quick to abuse Broad for not walking, why the hypocrisy?
Broad wasn't given out, the others were so justice prevailed.

By the way, why does Leach wear goggles when he bats, but not when he bowls or fields?
Still cheating.

I don't know, I'm not his optician.

Maybe its a passive form of cheating. When batting, slow the game down to wipe the fog/sweat from his specs every couple balls.

That should be "you're".

Also, that would not be a correction as what you have said actually agrees with my comment.

who decides if it's cheating or not?

According to some, it's cheating to claim a catch that isn't unless an aussie does it.

It's cheating to get caught and not walk, unless an aussie does it.

Incorrect, I was correcting you.

But you haven't corrected anything. In fact, your statement agrees with mine.

Incorrect, once again. I have never agreed with you.

So, you think I am an expert on optometry then?

I just thought it might be common knowledge amongst the locals. Seems odd. If he wears contact lenses whilst bowling and fielding, why not also for batting? You'd think it would make more sense to wear them batting if anything.

Feels more comfortable in glasses but risk of them falling off when running round in the field?

A comfort/confidence thing?
