If it was Michael Clarke, then I'd understand. Makes me cringe every time he says anything.

BTW, Is Warner's "new addition" to the family entitled to a british passport?

I know that english is not your strong point, but someone who claims to be british, your spelling is atrocious.
If you going to quote, make sure you quote properly!

Owned by you

You are such an imbecile, I actually feel sorry for you.

Cricket World Cup 2019: Streaker outshines 'lethargic' Black Caps in brutal media assessment
10:32, Jul 04 2019

Once again New Zealand's batting misfired at the Cricket World Cup as they were hammered by England.
A streaker was judged to have provided more excitement than the Black Caps as New Zealand's latest Cricket World Cup loss got some cruel treatment form the international media.

New Zealand were thumped by England by 119 runs in Durham on Thursday (NZT). The result confirmed England's semifinal position and the Black Caps are bizarrely virtually assured of a place in the final four also, as they did enough to protect a diminishing run rate that should see them qualify ahead of Pakistan.

But on the back of the losses to Pakistan and Australia, the Black Caps are woefully out of form and that hasn't been lost on the experts analysing this tournament.

New Zealand's futile chase of England's 305 was highlighted as survival instincts took over with the top order again struggling.

The Cricketer magazine said the run chase should have been a thrilling affair. "Instead it was a prosaic, boring, dull exercise in exploiting the rules and exposing how they are inadequate for a major sporting event. That a streaker who evaded the stewards on two occasions was greeted with the loudest cheer of the afternoon said plenty about the action on display."

The Guardian noted that Tom Latham "played his only significant innings of the tournament so far" as boredom took over.

"Apart from Latham only an obstinate streaker delayed the [England] stroll to the semis."

The Guardian also highlighted the top order wobbles that had New Zealand out of the chase at 69-4 with Kane Williamson cruelly run out.

"Without him at the helm the New Zealand side was neutered."

The British media suggested the Kiwi batsmen were so out of touch they wrongfully declined to appeal Henry Nicholls' first ball lbw when replays showed it would have "sailed over Nicholl's stumps".

The Cricketer labelled the Black Caps "lethargic" when they should have been bursting with energy about this assignment.

"New Zealand looked sluggish in the field and with the ball from the outset, failing to establish the conditions and bowling with a reckless abandon better suited to a Sunday league game. It took until the final 20 overs of the England innings for them to find their level, and did well to restrict them well below 350.

"The batting display did not offer much encouragement either, begging the question where a third straight defeat leaves the 2015 runners-up heading into the knock-out phase. Can they raise themselves for next's week's clash with either Australia or India?"

The Daily Mail described this Black Caps outfit as "a shadow of Brendon McCullum's aggressive 50-over pioneers" and New Zealand "will now crawl into the semifinals at the expense of an unfortunate Pakistan barring a mathematical miracle".

Kane Williamson's side probably got off lightly in terms of media reaction. The usually acidic British press were more interested in praising England and some home glory than throwing too many barbs at the hapless Kiwis.

I'm glad the 4 best sides have made the Semis but the kiwis are in horrible form so should get smacked by either Aus or India.
The England semi should be a cracker.

Glad the rain has held off too allowing for full games to be played

I actually think australia could win it, they're grinding out results when they're expected to lose. That's the sign of a tournament winning side.

Surrey player Aaron Finch is playing well.

You may be correct with England beating the Aussies, but their is NO chance that NZ will beat India.
Unless India all get sick and don't show up.

Not sure why but I think England will play India in the final and only as Australia seem to be unsettled (batting order, injuries/selection).
Warner, Carey & Starc have been relied upon too much. NZ's only chance is if it's a green top wicket and they win the toss and get some early breakthroughs. Crowds will certainly be hot in favour of England and India but as is usually the case in World Cups, England to lose the final.
Either way, not putting any money on any outcome.
