and this is the reason why I don’t take my family to watch AFL......it’s just not safe (I fear for my young daughters safety......these hooligans should be rounded up and sent back to where they came from, they don’t reflect Australian values....that along with men assaulting women in the outer, indigenous Australians being racially vilified, umpires paying 'soft' free kicks, players like dangerwood play acting and simulating for free kicks, the lack of one on one footy, all this 'zone' crap, constant rule changes, AFL house believing it has a social responsibility to educate us on acceptable values, an inequitable draw, a compromised draft etc. etc.....this game is not the one I grew up loving....

Indeed it was - a club with apparently no history (even though we've been around for 27 years) won the most one-sided showdown in history!Con M wrote:I was workin'. Who won? I hope it wasn't the artificially-created Camries.Frank Costanza wrote:Great showdown win - tore them apart!

Why wouldn't we be happy - we have just beaten our most hated rivals and are setting ourselves nicely for a strong tilt at the premiership.Wayne Kerr wrote:Frank Costanza wrote:Indeed it was - a club with apparently no history (even though we've been around for 27 years) won the most one-sided showdown in history!Con M wrote: I was workin'. David Koch loves his Port customers too, and the product he's selling.Wayne Kerr wrote:Frank Costanza wrote:Indeed it was - a club with apparently no history (even though we've been around for 27 years) won the most one-sided showdown in history!Con M wrote: I was workin'. Difference is, Koch doesn't treat Port supporters like customers.

Port fans just choose to ignore the times when Koch has referred to the support base as "customers".Wayne Kerr wrote:Slinky_Pete wrote:David Koch loves his Port customers too, and the product he's selling.Wayne Kerr wrote:

Re: AFL 2017
Being out of town for the month of September does anyone care to inform me how the ferals have coped with their own exit and the crows progression to the GF (and the 1 point loss in the SANFL final)

Re: AFL 2017
I am shocked at the number of Power fans wanting the Crows to win. Due to the opposition being Victorian.

Still hope Tigers win. Imagine all the crowing we'll have to put up with if they don't?
C'mon Dusty, do your stuff!
Must say he now edges into my top favourite "non-Essendon" players of all time. The others - Gary Ablett senior, Tony Lockett, Wayne Carey, Mark Jackson, Andrew McLeod, David Rhys-Jones & Robert Harvey.
