So according to both the ABC and Nein commentators, the Boers will find it hard to get wickets without Steyn.

How many did he get in the first innings?

I put it to you that this conversation didn't even take place and you are making it up. What makes it the most obvious is the fact that I'm pretty sure I'm not that interesting that he even remembered me.

Anyways, back on topic....

Hopefully the saffers smash the aussies today and wrap it up very quick.

M Marsh should not be in team, end of.

Worth noting that this side has De Villiers to come back in and no Steyn either.

Sad thing is that the selectors announced before the end of day 4 that the same 12 were named for the Hobart Test.

At least we know he's an Aussie this week but hold on he was posting about England football earlier.

Seems like the Aussies think the DRS was cheating again.

We deserved to lose this test with that inept and cocky batting performance on day 2.

The art of 'valuing your wicket' has clearly been lost on the Aussies - maybe it's the amount of short-form cricket they play but I thought Elgar's century was brilliant and the classic 'old-school' way of batting where valuing your wicket was the no.1 priority and scoring runs came as your innings developed.

Poor captaincy by Smith and his 'soft' nature came through when he halted the bowling because of too much sledging while he was batting - let the umpires deal with it while you just focus on batting you twat!
