One less living being to imitate.
Oh well, admired him greatly. After all, he was born in Saffer, went to England and realised that Australia was the best place to be. A true master of the game who did it his way.

I don't know where his wife is from or where his son was born or the south african passport rules but yes to England and definitely yes to australia - they take anyone.
