I take it you didn't notice that it was in BRISBANE! I know shiraz all happens in adelaide but come on, they're not that desperate for headlines.

I first heard of this on Triple J (national radio broadcast - albeit not commercial) and was mentioned prior to the results of the previous night's rugby league final.

Beat me to it Bomber. That what I was going to say.
It was like a national disgrace when that happened in Sydney. But when it happenes in rugby it's part of the game, and with AFL it's just people with passion letting off a bit of steam.
They must be hating the fact that the real football is hogging the airwaves with the arrival of Del Piero and the new A-league about to start. Won't take them long to find fault with it.

Did the Sydney "violence" involve national competition clubs or local junior teams?
