one thing i've noticed here is this culture of rewarding a good player by removing him from the game.
it happens in AFL, a guy scores a goal then he gets subbed. now i'm seeing it with the Australian cricket team. a player gets man of the match and he is dropped for the following test.
this is a strange incentive
strange culture of australian sport

You "earn" a rest. Sounds ok to me, hopefully my employer gives me a day off after doing one good day's effort.rulebritania wrote:one thing i've noticed here is this culture of rewarding a good player by removing him from the game.
