Maybe the incumbent 1 has failed to prove himself without a team bought to win a title???

id say after 4 years with one coach they decided to change to improve their chance of a title
you are only as good as your last season when you are the coach... just look at other leagues
high expectations it seems at brahma

Didn't they come 2nd in the league. A season ago they would have done cartwheels over that result.

I am sure you have enough of a football brain to know that money doesn't get you everything in football. You have to get the right people to fit your mould, playing style, culture etc.. A good coach will do that, money alone will not get you the success of Brahma over the last 4 years.
