JUNIOR BOYS TECHNICAL DIRECTOR OF FOOTBALL (Part time position)

Fulham Utd FC is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified applicants for a Junior Technical Director of Football for season 2017.

Please note the Jnr Boys Technical Director WILL NOT coach any team at the club.

Remuneration negotiable and will reflect level of experience and qualifications.

The club currently has 28 teams with almost 300 players in the junior boys, ranging from u6 to u17.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the development of the junior coaches and players, but will not have responsibility for any individual team as this may distract from his core duties.

Qualifications

‘C’ or ‘B’ Licence;
Demonstrated football knowledge;
Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders inside and outside the club;
Strong leadership skills;
Time management;
Passion for the game;
Adaptive;

Vision
Ability to take advice and deal with criticism

To lead by example and set high standards in all aspects of the role
