No we train them like professional footballers. You may want to research football conditioning, you may learn something

Why should I research football conditioning, apparently you need to be a specialised conditioning coach to do it ?

Strange that your football coaches can't incorporate conditioning into their programs, seeing its part of all the advanced coaching courses

We have a conditioning coach that works with Ivan & Nik.

Not that rediculous really.

@Socca: Football conditioning is nothing new, FFSA is having a coaching conference this weekend precisely around this topic. if you have done your C , B or A licence you should be able to do conditioning coaching its covered and explained. Buy the book it explains a lot from basic to advance. hope its helpful.
