Yes I wanted to ask the same question - howeverabdababda wrote:whats happening with trials for u18s this year. open trials or......
Modbury has said they will do U18 trials but havent announced a date or time yet (check their website).
Raiders have advertised U18s on the FFSA website.
Metrostars U18s are on their website. Playford have advertised theirs on this forum.
I have heard on the grapevine some other clubs U 18 trials are by invite only. Not sure how you get invited?

Last time I checked it's not an AUFC supporters only forum
So no need to tell them to 'F OFF'

No time for trials.

Why would you hold public trials for 18s? surely, as all clubs are about junior development, you'd be promoting from the junior ranks?

Re: under 18 trials???
what if a player isn't happy at the club/ team and wants to move somewhere else. if there are no trials then most players that arent happy at their club will quit

Re: under 18 trials???
Between now and Round 1, players move. I would like to know how many squads actually still have the same 18 players selected in September, compared to Round 1.abdababda wrote:what if a player isn't happy at the club/ team and wants to move somewhere else. if there are no trials then most players that arent happy at their club will quit
Re: under 18 trials???
So if an U18 (or reserves for that matter) player wants to move and they have already registered do they need to seek permission from their club for a transfer?

Re: under 18 trials???
They just cancel their registration with FFSA. They are amateur, so they are not held to at the club.on-side wrote:So if an U18 (or reserves for that matter) player wants to move and they have already registered do they need to seek permission from their club for a transfer?
