watch them sell out the 60,000 seat stadium when its built
In Adelaide they didnt even anticipate high ticket sales hence why they closed off a whole portion of a stand and the hill. "The hill"

7-0 in front of the biggest crowd Adelaide has ever had for a competitive match and you drop kicks continue to squabble.
Australia could win the World Cup the same day world peace is announced and you lot would find something to moan about.

Have to side with you on this. It was Tajikistan FFS. Show us how many would have gone to an England v San Marino match at Goodison Park (for example) on a Easter Thursday night.Stuckey wrote:

It'll be interesting to see how AO responds to all the criticism about the state of the pitch.
When their Hill of Grace restaurant copped a bad review not long ago they just threatened legal action instead of looking at ways to fix the problems.

How many of us have to fly half way around the planet to get to Adelaide oval?Bomber wrote:Show us how many would have gone to an England v San Marino match at Goodison Park (for example) on a Easter Thursday night.

It'd be easier for us to travel to Adelaide Oval than Goodison, just saying.

Haha - let's see these stats then. By the way, stats lie all the time, just ask Benjamin Disraeli.ozzie owl wrote:Stats don't lie Adelaide should get a second phase qualifier ahead of Sydney
I won't wait for your response as you go silent when asked a question you can't answer.
Re: Adelaide to finally get another Socceroos match in March
Pretty amusing to read the outrage at Adelaide's crowd and pitch yet no one minds Sydney getting 10k less when the side are facing a far better side.ozzie owl wrote:Stats don't lie Adelaide should get a second phase qualifier ahead of Sydney

So was the Sydney game a one off game 5 years since the last one in the city?

You should know the answer. If you don't, you have the ability to find out in front of you.God is an Englishman wrote:Did they? Don't remember that but I'll take your word for it.Stuckey wrote:Australia played NZ in 2011.God is an Englishman wrote:How was it not?

Teacher 'the sky is blue'
GIAE 'No Miss, yesterday it was grey and last night it was black'
Teacher 'yes, but generally it's blue'
GIAE 'Not if you take into account the clouds'
Teacher 'I give up'
GIAE 'No technically it's over and I win'
You argue for the sake or arguing funny the first few times, after the next few hundred it does get slightly annoying the word 'troll' does come to mind

Facts are simple really, adelaide game was a one off and it has been some time since the last game (5 years apparently) and another one is not planned.Did they? Don't remember that but I'll take your word for it.
Comparing it with sydney which has regular games is pretty funny really.
