With some of these less attractive games in the first stage, I'd love to see one of the games at Hindmarsh.
Stirling District (est 1967) 32 seasons successfully avoiding a Championship then this
1999 Div 2 Champions
2002 Div 2 & 2B
2004 Div 1 & Champion of Champions
2007 Div 1 & 1B
2009 Div 1B
2011 Div 1B
2013 Div 2B & 7C
2014 Div 2B

Yeah that would be great for so many reasons. But I think AO are keen on getting games there. It would interesting to see what happens for Adelaide got give a Bhutan game.

Edit: I see Perth has been assured a game early on. So Adelaide may get one later which is probably a better situation but would make Hindmarsh less likely.

Perth should lose their right to a Socceroos game due to salary cap breaches and GST whingeing.

Ha ha. I like the GST whinge comment, wizard.

But seriously, a city of 1.5 million like Perth should get a W.C. qualifier - regardless of the Glory Club's alleged cheating. Besides, from memory their rectangular stadium has the required minimum 20,000 capacity.

Unlike Hindmarsh which needs to urgently fill in the stadium corners to at least reach that figure. Unlikely to happen anytime soon for the poor relation of sport (soccer-football) in our villaggio of Adelaide.

Bangladesh, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Jordan.

Who's keen for some away trips?

Whilst on paper it looks an easy group, it could be a little tricky at times with the distances the Socceroos will have to travel and the lack of knowledge about the Football culture of some of these countries.

Where the heck are some of these countries?

What are their hotel accommodations like?

What are their stadiums and crowds like?

All these questions and more will need to be fully explored before making any assumptions. :?: :?: :?:

It seems Ange has my concerns as well having just announced he will require his top players to attend pre-match camps every time they are selected or be overlooked for future selection.

Not a bad squad except for Franjic not sure what he's done lately to earn a call up and not sure what Mooy has done wrong lately to miss out.

Hopefully most of the squad will be fairly fresh which they will need for all the travel getting to Kyrgyzstan!

Obviously winning WATRs player of the season was what convinced Ange of Tarek!

Given that one of those had already been eliminated, one is not a participating nation and the the third is in another confederation I see you're talking shít as you always do.

How do you consider what I wrote a whinge anyway? :?

For a pom, you do seem to struggle with the English language and basic comprehension.

Adelaide fully deserves to get a game in the 2nd phase of qualifiers.

Not a whinge from me, just a polite request.
Could you repatriate back to whence you came ?
You don't like Australia and it doesn't need you here. That is all :D
