Korean finally don't have a clean sheet and Australia win 2-1.

(but Ange is not knighted for his achievement)
Ernie Merrick: Of course I am happy when my team scores a goal, it's just that sometimes I forget to tell my face. (On why Ernie doesn't smile on the sideline.)

If it's flat screen he'll no doubt have to tip it facing up if he plans to sit on it.

How dumb is Andy Harper? He say that the tournament's best team (Australia) are playing the second best team (Korea).

He might be right at the end of the 90 minutes, but has he forgotten the earlier game already?

Wow what a strike from Luongo. Not long after a goalsaving tackle. One of our absolute best in this tournament. Liked him since the moment I saw him

Going to be tough to hold them out. Need to score again

Maybe not, Korea looking like they've run out of ideas. Arise Sir Ange.

PS Harper is a shocking commentator

Bloody hell, so close. :(

I just wonder now, with the players on the park, if Australia can manage another goal.

Ref made two mistakes. Should have sent Spiranovic off and should have given Australia a penalty. Harper's been a complete tool for 120 minutes.

Woohoo! What a game. Killed them in extra time. Juric with a viduka-esque turn and troisi winner. Congrats to ange especially

Guys who had never been near the team a year ago integral. Good for the game. Lots of kids would watch that and be inspired

Yellow card to an badly injured player? But yes completely agree on Harper, and Hill has joined that group too

I heard it was for dissent. Injured or not doesn't mean you can abuse the officials and, with so much play acting from players these days, how's the ref meant to know what's real and what's just crying wolf?

All's well that ends well though. Despite being outplayed for most of the 90, I thought Australia were by far the stronger team in ET.

WTF was the Korean defender doing trying a backheel in the LB position? What a plank.

Fair assessment thought Korea were the better team in first half - very even second and Australia far better in extra time, once again squad rotation would have helped
